A substantial, professionally managed apartment community in the spirit of the best contemporary urban residences, where a young adult's first home of their own also connects them to opportunity. It is an ambitious residential development concept. It is not a shelter, dormitory or group home.

Both concepts are under evaluation. Neither has been selected.
Our Development Approach
We are considering both renovation of existing properties and new construction, and will evaluate structure and execution deliberately and responsibly. No site, design, budget, financing or timeline has been determined.
