Tax status. FlightPath Foundation is a Texas nonprofit corporation preparing its application for federal tax-exempt recognition. Contributions are not currently represented as tax-deductible. FlightPath Foundation intends to apply to the IRS for recognition as a tax-exempt organization. If recognition is granted, it is generally effective as of the organization’s formation date, and we will notify donors in writing. Approval is not guaranteed.
